1. i live and breathe education
I’m currently doing my Post-Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) at Oxford University, and will have my Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by June 2021.
I’ve worked as a Teaching Assistant at Quest Academy School, London. In addition to this I was the lead career coach for 30 Year 9 Pupils from Ark Globe Academy and am an Ambassador for the children’s charity, Future Frontiers.
I am also part of the NowTeach network, a DfE sponsored organisation recruiting experienced professionals into the teaching vocation.
I graduated in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) Economics from the University of Warwick (Upper Class Honours, 2.1).

More than anything, I love Maths, especially when it’s applied to the real world. I spent a good decade analysing data, structuring derivative transactions and working with financial engineers to code and trade complex algorithmic trading strategies. My clients included the UK’s largest Pension Schemes and Asset Managers.
